GENCON Complete Control Unit

This unit controls the mains and generator contactors and displays all running processes on the illuminated LCD display. The ramp functions used for control processes handling power control etc. ensure smooth power transition. Their settings and all other parameters can be adjusted by the customer. In the appropriate configuration, the usual operating modes for flow control can be set, for example parallel operation, European emergency generator operation, off-mains operation, parallel operation of several gensets, combined heat and power stations, American stand-by operation etc..

„IOB1“ Input-Output Unit for hat rail with 16 digital inputs und 8 relay outputs (discontinued)
 
IOB1

Useful connection unit for inputs and outputs of GENCON control unit on hat rail, who will be connect to GENCON (normally placed in front door) with a enclosed control cable. The message and output connectors are within easy reach. With the help of light diodes close to output relais the state of current switch position can be quickly read. This is important for easy faultfinding. The clear marked inputs from 1 to 16 could also be checked and measured easily.




„IOB2“ Input-Output Unit for hat rail with 16 digital inputs, 4 analog inputs und 8 relay outputs (discontinued)

Same function as IOB1, but additional 4 analog inputs with ohmic function, i.E. for temperature- and pressure measurements on aggregate.




„AVRx“Potential separating and adaptation unit for automatic voltage control andcos-phi control (discontinued)
 
AVRx

AVRx unit creates the interface between GENCON and voltage control unit of generator. It supplies the voltage control unit with a potentialfree control signal by transforming the puls width modulated signals of GENCON into analog values. The AVRx gets a auxiliary supply from a mains transformer. Only 2 conductors must be connected to the control outputs of GENCON. The AVRx is able to supply all normally used voltage control units.

DUB100 12 - 24V auxiliary supply (discontinued)

DUB100 12 - 24V aux. voltage This diesel monitoring unit is used as a monitoring and disconnecting unit in 68x68mm windows in small generators. The unit is connected to the battery voltage, the dynamo voltage and the control circuits ( oil pressure, water temperature etc. ). The circuits are put into standby mode on completion of a waiting time. After reception of an alarm relay and the stop relay are activated. The first incoming alarm is saved whereas subsequent alarms are no longer accepted. The alarm is displayed to the user optically. Various logical functions and disturbance-proof inputs ensure safe operation of the unit.

The electronic speed control unit MDR524 will be used for the speed- and voltage adjust of diesel generators in combination with the aggregate control unit GENCON. The unit could also be used for other control functions with DC Servomotors where must-values and actual-values are exists. The speed control with servomotors are especially used for aggregates without pick up to equipped them with automatic frequence and voltage regulating functions for paralleling with the mains. This will most be needed for smaller aggregates up to 50kW. This speed control in combination with GENCON could be a low cost alternative to the control units with pick-up, moving-magnet and electronic governor.

Belimo

For the replacement or renewing of older generators with a new automatic speed control also with GENCON II pro this servomotor can be proper used. With in built check back of actual value (adjustment way) an accurate and quick speed control will be achieved. The servomotor also be suited for smaller block heating power stations (BHKW) with paralleling to mains. The adjusting force has 150N and the adjusting speed 100mm/150s.




Servomotor for speed control of middle and bigger Aggregates (discontinued)
 
Stellmotor

For bigger aggregates the above showing servomotor are recommended, who has clamping eyes for heavy montage for mount fixures or thread rod. With this the angle of mount fixture may be changed during speed control. The servomotor is used for continuous operation and gets also a check back of adjustment way by a built in potentiometer. So a quick control of actual value can be achieved because the aggregate control unit must not wait for the calculation of frequency by GENCON. The servomotor will be driving indirectly from a additional adaptation unit MDR524 who delivers the up an down control signals. The adjusting force has 900N and the adjusting speed 4mm/s with a adjusting way of 100mm.
